Dear Real Estate Investing,

I believe that every transaction, story, and exchange of energy is part of a greater broadcast—an ongoing narrative that shapes how we connect, grow, and create value. For me I feel & know I can be better and make you better ; help you succeed more! I'm envisioning & manifesting: happiness, excitement and joy because I find peace in accepting my responsibility to help others fulfill their goals and act in accordance to my true light! Therefore my narrative is, "Help others solve problems!".

With a background in restauranteuring my team leading, community development, sales, and enterprising skills are ready to level up!

My focus toward building a successful career in real estate investing is not solely based on   bringing all my past experiences with me; it's also a Passion Project!

After relocating from San Antonio to Dallas, I earned my Associate Degree in Applied Performance Arts with a focus on Film, Theatre, TV, and Radio. Since then, I’ve launched Evswordfilms, a Texas-based production company that specializes in music videos, commercials, and both short and feature-length films. I’ve hosted and sponsored three Dallas-based film festivals, participated in over 20 short film productions, and worked on two network television shows. Each project reaffirmed my passion for purposeful storytelling—stories that inform, entertain, and inspire. 

In parallel, I’ve applied my leadership in business. As Co- Owner and F.O.H./Bar Manager of a Mexican restaurant called "Pappo's" even though we had to close down because of law changes-after 2 years from scratch to brick and mortar the lessons where deep of starting your own restaurant/ business! Also I was a kitchen manager for Barrel & Bones & that was a trill 70 plus hours! I lived, breathed and consumed BBq it was my life! I've been responsible for all administrative operations including payroll, hiring, and accounting. I designed our menu offerings, elevated the guest experience, and built a strong, motivated team by emphasizing accountability, communication, and shared goals.

I l co-founded WGW Media Global alongside David Ramos in 2010—a bilingual, community-centered sales and coaching agency. There, I led training for cold calling, sales techniques, and event organization, including seminars and live expos. I was proud to direct all Spanish-language marketing efforts, create training videos, and expand our reach into communities.

Watching people break free from financial hardship because of something I helped build was powerful—and gave me a deeper understanding of how strategic vision, clear communication, and hard work can change lives.

All Roads Lead To Robert!

The inspirational books started pilling up at home and that lead to begin a rotating system where I would trade , gift or donate the book! Well Along those lines from my mother I received Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad"... well that was a seed planted long ago and it's weathered some storms and past experiences! Now it's victories because it's blossoming at the most perfect of time!

Those experiences fuel my current mission: to develop a thriving career in real estate investing, while continuing to create meaningful content and lead purpose-driven ventures. My aim is to build a portfolio that doesn’t just grow in value, but also creates value—for tenants, buyers, communities, and partners. As well as keep me in harmony with mother earth, my family and my community!
